VPS Networking Access
VPS server are provided with public IP addresses for remote and internet access. Ax Cloud can provide clients with private networking and Ax Cloud SD-WAN access. Client can select from a single public IP or 5 Public IP’s at an additional cost.
Access and Support
Ax Cloud provides clients with remote server hosting support and Network Operations Centre (NOC) that includes remote monitoring and remote hands (onsite DC support). Our highly qualified data centre support team provides skilled, around-the-clock service that is core to our offering, with response times governed by a Service Level Agreement.
Server Interconnects
Ax Cloud physical interconnect cabling system allows for the configuration of flexible and scalable interconnections to multiple carriers and upstream service providers. The hosted servers can also be connected to the SD-WAN for remote branch office Cloud VPN connectivity.

Is it possible to have my own VLAN/private network?
VxCloud can customize the VPS solutions as clients require. By using our Virtual Private Networking VxCloud can activate additional network cards, which can be used for private internal traffic. The private networking can be integrated with the VxCloud SD-WAN for remote VPN access and branch office access.
Which OS Distributions are available?
We offer the recent, stable versions of the most popular Linux OSs (CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian) and Windows distributions (Windows Server 2008 Web, Standard and Enterprise and Windows 2012 Standard). FreeBSD is not available.
How can I make a snapshots and backups of the VPS?
VxCloud provides daily VPS snapshots and there are 2 copies stored in the backup. Additional server backups are provided with a server agent installed at an additional request to the client. No guarantees are provided for data corruption and virus attacks.
How are OS updated managed as part of the VPS servers?
VxCloud can provide the OS management as part of the VxCloud Managed Services solutions but is not included as part of the current VPS packages.
How quickly can Ax Cloud provide a VPS?
Standard configuration are delivered immediately. Complex configuration and networking services can take more time. This includes configurations such as private VLAN configurations and integration with the VxCloud SD-WAN.
How can I protect my VPS from SPAM and Security risks?
VxCloud provides basis firewalling but additional security services can be provided to clients such as SPAM blocking, Anti-Virus, and Cloud web proxy access.
